Service terms

The service provider is Mine Gönenli Keser. Services consist of fortune-telling readings using tarot and Katina cards, Turkish coffee grounds, dream symbols, intuitive interpretation and other symbolic methods, delivered online as voice conversation or written exchange. Physical goods and subscriptions are not offered. Services are provided exclusively to adults.

Before a contract is formed, the scope, format, time, total fee, currency and payment deadline are agreed in writing. No contract is concluded and no payment is collected directly on this website.

Website delivery and security: This website is hosted by the Austrian provider Helloly GmbH, Rainerstraße 25, 4020 Linz. When the site is accessed, the IP address, date and time, requested URL or file, HTTP status, referrer where available, and browser, device and user-agent information may be processed in technical access logs. The purposes are website delivery, system security, and error or misuse analysis. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies, JavaScript and technical logs: The generally accessible pages run no client-side JavaScript; the website code uses no cookies, Local Storage or Session Storage. As there are no analytics, marketing, profiling or embedded third-party contents, no cookie consent banner is displayed. The separate access-restricted administration area uses JavaScript and one strictly necessary session cookie solely for authorised administration; public visitors are not directed there. No consent is required for this strictly necessary session cookie under § 165(3) TKG 2021. Technical access logs are retained only for as long as necessary for hosting, security, error analysis and legal obligations.

Contact and contract data: If you contact the provider by email or WhatsApp, your name, contact details, message content, appointment and contract information are processed. The purposes and legal bases are responding to enquiries, pre-contract steps and contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)), legal record-keeping duties (point (c)) and protecting legal claims (point (f)). Enquiries that do not result in a contract are generally deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Contract and accounting records are retained for the statutory periods, normally seven years.

Email and Fastmail: Merely displaying the email address on this website does not transfer data to Fastmail. If you send an email, the sender and recipient addresses, time, subject, message content, attachments and technical communications data are processed by the email service provider Fastmail Pty Ltd, PO Box 234, Collins Street West, VIC 8007, Australia. Fastmail processes communications data as a processor. The account is configured for primary data storage in the EU. Fastmail states, however, that a resilient copy as well as backups, logs and debugging systems are located in the United States, and that personal data may be processed in countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, India and Austria. Where a recipient country is not covered by a European Commission adequacy decision, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46(2)(c) GDPR, which form part of the Fastmail Data Protection Agreement. WhatsApp: No data is sent to WhatsApp or Meta before you click the WhatsApp link. If you contact the provider through WhatsApp, data is also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta companies; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.

Recipients and international transfers: Where necessary, data may be disclosed to the hosting provider Helloly GmbH, the email service provider Fastmail Pty Ltd, WhatsApp Ireland Limited and Meta companies when WhatsApp is used, payment and accounting providers, banks and legally authorised public authorities. Other transfers outside the EEA take place only under the conditions of Chapter V GDPR, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

Your rights: Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Requests may be sent using the contact details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

Cancellation & refund policy

Where the Austrian distance-contract rules apply, the statutory 14-day withdrawal information and model withdrawal form are provided before the contract is formed. If the service is to begin before that period expires, the customer's express request for early performance and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends once the service has been fully performed are obtained separately.

Other cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are provided in writing before payment. If the provider cannot deliver the service, any amount already paid is refunded in full or a replacement appointment is arranged at the customer’s choice.
